Charming outdoor pool area perfect for relaxation.
I was very disappointed with the service provided. Upon check-in, the desk staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in helping us. The meals in the restaurant were slow to arrive and poorly executed, taking over an hour to bring out a simple dinner. It was annoying to see them struggle to communicate basic information about the menu and other services .

All the facilities were excellent and the staff very helpful. The cost of the room was fair.Proximity to the centre of Beaune was perfect; a 7 minute walk.
The cost of drinks in the bar were high. Breakfast at 15.50euros is extortionate.

It's proximity to the historic centre of the city of Beaune, and easy access to the motorway.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center, and I enjoyed the clean, comfortable privilege double room. The pool was a refreshing spot after exploring, and the varied breakfast options were good 😊

Could this be the unicorn we're all looking for?
Great for a short stay with friendly staff and a refreshing pool to unwind after exploring nearby Beaune.
Unfortunately, the privilege room was unusually cramped, less enjoyable for a couple.

The hotel was modern and excellent value in general, had thoughtful staff at all times. The room we booked was top-class and brand-new with good facilities, which was great, as for instance as described. The location was perfect and excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from Hospices de Beaune. There were shopping centres and a small shopping mall around the venue.

Had a blast enjoying the grilled meats at the nearby Corner Beef, a finger-lickin' good spot! The pool was a refreshing paradise on a hot day, and I loved the well-equipped rooms with a newly renovated bathroom.
Now, the breakfast was a tad disappointing. The croissants were mushy, and the coffee machine used powdered milk-yikes! Plus, the tiny room could have used a scrub and a little attention from the bar staff.

We had not stayed with you before ,and you were a chance happening as the place we normally stay was fully booked. We are so pleased that it was!!We intend to make you our prefered destination for our overnight stops on our way to the south of France. What impressed us most was the welcome we received from your reception staff, and the'if you reequire anything else at all, please call us on 1010''needless to say there was no need to take up that offer! The food was truly wonderful, and your chef deserves high praise . We were not alone in this either. People at the next table had the same experience as ourselves. So, uou have gained more converts!
